Why should I choose DNA FITNESS?

Are there any contracts or membership fees?

There are no membership fees or long term contracts at DNA Fitness. We believe that you should only pay for the sessions needed to achieve your goals.

What should I expect for my first training session?

The first session is the most important one of all. We need to clearly understand your goals in order to prepare the best personal program for you. It is crucial for us to explain to you the commitment (time, energy, nutrition, financial, etc.) needed to achieve your goal. A perfect complicity between trainer and client is the key to success.

Will I be able to work out safely if I have any health risks?

If you have any health risks, it will be discussed at your initial meeting with your personal trainer. He/she will then design a custom exercise program that is specific to your personal health risks and fitness goals. They will work with you one-on-one to give you the care, attention, guidance and motivation you need to exercise safely and effectively.

Do you offer any rebates if buy take a large number of sessions or if I come with a friend?

Yes, we offer various rebates depending on the number of sessions you buy. We also offer couple/group rebates if you would like to share the experience with a friend/spouse. Many options of payment are available to fit your need.
